General Photoshoot Rules
.) It would be very wise to come early or come on time for the photoshoot. Coming late will probably get you lost.
.) Please avoid calling me by phone if you have my number. I'll be extremely busy running things and 90% of the time I wont hear my phone go off. That also goes for texting.
.) Bring plenty of water that would last you through the whole day, the weather may get pretty hot since the event is being held in July.
.) Eat before coming to the photoshoot. Without food, you will have no energy and this photoshoot will require to use lots of energy. Or at least bring snacks with you so you can munch on them during the day.
.) I cannot predict the weather. Please check the website the day before the event if there's any updates or changes. It's possible that the photoshoot may get cancelled due to rain or circumstances beyond SoyCon's control.
.) If you're bringing a cosplay, please choose the right one for the weather. The temperature may get hot during the summer so avoid any clothing that's thick and heavy.
.) Times on the schedule are only approximations. Possible adjustments and alterations could happen during the photoshoot.
.) Please respect the public. Do not engage anyone who is not part of the event. Notify a staff member if a problem arises.
