Once You Get There:

Once you arrive, you will need to see a Soy in order to obtain your badge. If you have your registration sheet all signed and ready, please hand it in so we can give you your badge. After signing the registration form and obtaining your badge, you're free to roam around the picnic area and mingle with the other attendees. If you have your badge from the photoshoot, you do not need to register again.

General Picnic Rules

1.) We would like everyone to come before opening ceremonies. It's not required, but the longer you stay, the more fun you'll get out of it.

2.) Please avoid calling me by phone if you have my number. I'll be extremely busy running things and 90% of the time I wont hear my phone go off. That also goes for texting.

3.) We like to have everyone to contribute something to the picnic, such as food, drinks, snacks, grills, tents, or even picnic games to play. It's potluck!

4.) No illegal substances on the picnic premesis. Anyone caught will be dismissed immediately. Please see Rules & Guidelines for referance.

5.) I cannot predict the weather. Please check the website the day before the event if there's any updates or changes. It's possible that the photoshoot may get cancelled due to rain or circumstances beyond SoyCon's control.

6.) If you're bringing a cosplay, please choose the right one for the weather. The temperature may get hot during the summer so avoid any clothing that's thick and heavy.

7.) Times on the schedule are only approximations. Possible adjustments and alterations could happen during the picnic.

8.) Public restrooms are available, but enter at your own risk. We don't supply washroom supplies.

9.) Parking is free. Although, if we run out of spaces, you will need to find another place to park.
