This year, there will be no pre-registration for SoyCon, only at-event registration. Just come and check-in to recieve your badge card. Please avoid any loss of badge cards, we can replace them, but we are limited.

Registration Process

Photoshoot Registration

There will be 2 registration stations. One for registration forms and one for badge pick-up.

If you have not signed a registration form and have not picked up your badge, please report to the registration form station. Once your have your registration form signed, please bring the registration form to the badge pickup station to recieve your badge card.

If you have signed a registration form, but not picked up your badge, please bring your completed registration form and report to the badge card pickup station.

Late comers must report to Soy in order to sign a registration form and pickup your badge.

Picnic Registration

Report to Soy for all registration relations.

You are not needed to sign the forms again if you signed during the photoshoot day.

Anyone that recieved a badge card at the photoshoot must bring them to the picnic as well.
